With components of basketball, rugby, and handball, wheelchair rugby is a fast-paced, contact sport. Teams of four compete to cross a goal line on opposing ends of the court while adhering to IWRF rules. The team with the highest score at the end of regulation time wins. Wheelchair rugby is played indoors on a basketball court.
Athletes consist of those with physical disabilities who can manually push a sports chair
